How to fix High Quality Video Conversion Issues in ClipBucket

By default ‘H.264 AAC You tube like’ & ‘High Configuration with H264’ format does not work on our shared servers. The work around for this problem is given below.

1. Open ffmpeg.class.php located in pubic_html/includes/classes/conversion/ [In DocumentRoot].

2. Go to line 327, where it says: # video rate

3. Change that line to:

# video bitrate

4. Go to line 328, where it says: if($p[‘use_video_bitrate’])

5. Change it to:

if($p[‘use_video_bit_rate’])

6. Save

1. Open your admin_area, http://yoursite.tld/admin_area

2. In the left column, look for Website Configurations under Stats and Configurations

3. From the tabs in the top, you will click on Uploading and Conversion Settings

Select any configuration like ‘High Configuration with H264’. It will convert the video just fine. The conversion works, even if you select ‘HQ video resolution’ = 1080p, the maximum we can have.
